As I begin my senior year, I can’t help but feel a host of bittersweet emotions: eager, excited, and nostalgic. Helenes has shaped so much of my college journey by giving me valuable friendships, a supportive community, and unforgettable experiences. This year, I want to soak up every moment with my fellow Helenes and with USC as a whole. Here’s what is on my senior year bucket list:

1. Document All of My Memories

I want to capture candid photos and videos of every little moment I’ll treasure forever: Helenes events, game days, late-night hangouts, and weekend festivities.

2. Attend EVERY SINGLE Football Game

Rain or shine, I will be at every football game at the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum. Decked out in cardinal and gold, I will be in the stands cheering on the football team and celebrating the Trojan spirit.

3. Senior Sunrise

Although I am not a morning person, I desperately want to wake up super early one morning to catch the sunrise with other senior Helenes while we reminisce on all of the memories we’ve created together.

4. Take as Many Classes as I Can Fit

There are so many different and interesting classes that USC has to offer. I want to take advantage of the 2-unit courses and squeeze as many classes into my schedule as possible to maybe spark a new interest before I graduate.

5. Watch Every Movie Filmed at USC

I am a self-proclaimed movie junkie, and there is no shortage of movies that have been filmed on our campus. From Legally Blonde (2001) to The Graduate (1967), I am making a list of all films shot here to host watch parties with my friends.

6. Celebrate the Everyday

There are so many small yet amazing things that I take for granted. Whether it’s grabbing a coffee at Dulce, browsing the on-campus farmer’s market, or studying in Hoose Library, I want to savor the magic of ordinary campus life.

7. Leave a Lasting Legacy of Joy

Finally, I want to leave a lasting legacy. By celebrating my friends, mentoring my Little, and sharing kindness every day, I want to leave behind warmth and positivity for my fellow Helenes and future members.
