Director of Social Events
Hi everyone! My name is Carina Lee and I’m so excited to get social as the 2025 Director of Social Events for the USC Helenes.
Becoming a rosebud in the second semester of my freshman year, I joined a family that introduced me to lasting friendships and unforgettable memories. After two semesters full of Helenes love, I am so incredibly honored to give back to this family as Director of Social Events and help create new opportunities for connection and growth.
Our family pillar is undeniably strong, as every Helene brings so much love and support to the organization. From weekly gatherings to larger-scale traditions, our social events are crucial to helping us create the bonds we share and the space to support our other three pillars. Not only are these bonds the glue that holds this organization together, but it is the Helenes themselves that create such a welcoming and inclusive environment at every social event. Whether we are hanging out at our bench, enjoying dinner on a warm night in the village, or socializing within and outside of our organization at mixers, Helenes social events cater to everyone!

Director of Communications
Hi! My name is Taylor Cowling and I’m so excited to get to know you as the 2025 Director of Communications!
Joining Helenes as a sophomore in Fall 2024 is one of the best decisions I’ve ever made, and I’m so thankful to be a part of such a welcoming and diverse community. I’ve met some of my closest friends, people I can truly call a home away from home.
As Director of Communications, I focus on internal correspondence and the organizational aspect of Helenes, including weekly emails to our members, monitoring member status and requirements, and hosting our fun Wednesday meetings! At these meetings, I’m also in charge of putting together the occasional dessert meeting, where we eat tasty treats from local areas!
In Helenes, the Family Pillar is a core value that we deeply prioritize, and it what makes us such a wonderful, unique organization.
